The WAND-5DBI-UFL is the perfect replacement for standard stock antennae of a wireless devices when better signal to noise ratio is needed.

Replacing the stock antennae of a device can be the easiest way to increase signal reception and range capabilities. Stock antennae are only rated at 1-2dbi where the WAND series perform at 5dbi on both 2.4GHz and the full 5GHz bands.

Flying cable length is 20 cm terminated with a U.FL connector. A U.FL connector is the standard on the majority of mini-pci wireless cards. Those include 802.11 a , b , g , n and combinations as well as Bluetooth cards. MiniPCI cards with ufl connectors are the commonest wireless radio device in PCI cards, AP/Router devices, Media Players, Home Theater, Internet Applicance, MiniPCs etc.
